Warchal Karneol viola strings

Warchal's Karneol viola string sets are handmade strings (from Slovakia) of the highest quality. They offer a rich variety of timbres and adjust perfectly to the sound characteristics of your musical instrument.  Those handmade viola strings are comprised of synthetic fibers wrappedwith special alloys and metals, including silver. They are impervious to changes of temperature or humidity, and that's why they are excellent at keeping tuning.

The Karneol string set produces well-balanced velvety tones, giving warmth and texture to your sound. They have a synthetic core, and normally require three days to achieve tuning stability and optimum tone quality.  Metal core as well as Synthetic core (included in the set) A strings are available. The sound of the synthetic A string matches the set perfectly. However aluminium or hydronalium wound A strings are less durable than those with a metal core so Warchal wanted to give players a choice.
