We confirme each chipent per Email.
If you did not get any confirmation, you might have a problem receiving our Emails or your Email address is wrong.
In that case, you can always see a copy of each sent Email on your personal account page :

  • Go to the Log In page : https://www.bdmusicstore.com/en/connexion.
  • Log with your Email address and password.
  • Your order appears in the section « Order history and details ».
  • Click on the order for which you want more information.
  • You'll find there a summary and history of your order including confirmation of shipping.

With the confirmation of chipent of your order, you receiver a tracking number (regular post shipments have no tracking number).
You'll find the link to track your order on the site off the carrier in the same email.

The stock status is clearly visible on the website and shopping cart.  If an item is not on stock and a availability date is known, then that date is written on the item.  We recieve shipments every week from our European dealers.  For dealers outside Europe we have a delivery every 2 months (Kelly, Yamaha, Superslick, Valentino, Faxx, ...).  We advise you to contact us before placing your order in case an item in your order is not in stock.

If you just want to be warned about the replenishment of an article, you can leave your Email address on the product page, on the right side of the image, between the references and the price. As a registered user on our site, the Email from your account will be used so you don't have to write it down again.
As soon as the product will be available again in stock, you will receive a message to inform you by Email.
You can also view a list of the items you have requested as a reminder in your customer area :

  • Your reminders appears in the section « My alerts ».
  • You can also remove reminders on that page if you'd like to.

You can cancel an item from your order or your whole order on your customers account :

  • Your order appears in the section « Order history and details ».
  • Click on the order for which you want a cancellation.
  • At the bottom of that page you can contact our Customers Dept.

Please note that this is a request only.  Your item may enter the shipping process before we can cancel it.
All non-shipped orders will be immediately refunded on the original payment method.

Enter your email on the left side named "Create an account", validate by clicking on "Create an account".  Fill every requested field in and validateur the form by clicking on "Register".

After logging in with your Email and password, you can :

  • view or change your account information
  • view or change entries in your address book
  • change your account password

Don't worry, we can send you automatically a new password per Email.
Just go to this page : https://www.bdmusicstore.com/en/forgotten-password, type your Email address and click on "Retrieve Password".  Our server will send you an confirmation off this request by mail with a reset link.  As soon as you validate this request by following (click on the link or copy/past him in your favorite browser) the link, a new password will be generated and send to you by email.

Go to the log in page https://www.bdmusicstore.com/en/connexion and log yourself with your Email address and the new password you receiver per Email.
We recommend you to copy and paste that password to avoid any mistake.
Once you signed in, go to the link "My personal information".
In tat area you'l be able to change the password you receiver per Email and choose one of your own.

First, please consult your invoice to verify that the item in question is not invoiced.
If the item in question is charged, check to see if the packaged item is contained within another product or protective padding.

Our company is renowned for the speed of order processing. All orders placed before 1pm (Paris/Brussels time) are dispatched/processed the same day (Monday to Saturday). Of course, if you choose payment by bank transfer, we must first receive your payment to ship your order.

All shipments are covered by transport insurance.
A complaint MUST be filed within 24 hours of receipt of the package in the event of a problem.

We offer several payment methods:

- bank transfer (you ask your bank to transfer the amount of the purchase from your account to ours):
advance payment is an alternative to payment by credit card.
It is aimed more at people who do not have a credit card.
Indeed, we send you the package upon receipt of your payment on our bank account, which has the effect of extending your delivery time by one week, equivalent to the time it takes to transfer the payment to our account.
Of course, by credit card, your shipment will be immediate.

We retain ownership of the goods sold until effective payment of the full price in principal and accessories.
Failure to pay any due date may result in a claim for the goods.
This provision does not preclude the transfer to the Customer on departure from the warehouse of the risks of loss and deterioration of the goods sold, as well as the damage they may cause.
Pursuant to the legal provisions, the goods sold remain our property until full payment of the price and its accessories.

The minimum warranty period on all products is 2 years (from the date of invoice).
Guarantees exceeding this period are clearly indicated on the relevant invoice.
Your invoice or receipt serves as a warranty card.
Any complaint must include details of the use of the article and the location of the defect.
We reserve the right either to replace the defective item, or to repair it, or to establish a credit note for the value of the price invoiced.
The contractual warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of defective parts.
In the event of abnormal wear and tear linked to negligence, abnormal use or lack of maintenance on the part of the Customer, our contractual guarantee is not applicable.

Stocks are kept up to date sale after sale, we have a current accuracy rate of 99.2% (over 10,000 references).
As a general rule, a product out of stock cannot be ordered, but you can ask to be notified as soon as it is back in stock by the module present on the page of a product out of stock.
