The power cord has the US plug, there is no version of any UK or German plug (110 volt network), you will need to buy separately in any electric shop a plug adaptor.

Moisture, the enemy of woodwind and brass instruments, has more than met its match in the Horn Blower, the newest, most innovative accessory from Hollywoodwinds. There’s no easier way to fight the damaging effects of moisture, which can shorten the life of the instrument, or of the player.

After playing, the player simply places the Horn Blower in the instrument’s bell. A powerful fan moves up to 10 cubic feet (or 0,3 cubic meter) of air through the instrument every minute and dries saliva before it causes damage. In as long as it’s likely to take for the player to take a bus home, both the interior of the instrument are bone dry. A dry instrument is far less likely to corrode, preventing the onset of red rot and other corrosive conditions.

A moldy instrument can result in hypersensitivity pneumonitis (HP), a dangerous allergic lung condition which can develop into the more dangerous fibrosis of the lung. However, a dry instrument does not grow mold. The Horn Blower takes just seconds to place in position and to turn on. It is compact and easily fits in most instrument cases.

The Horn Blower can be either plug directly on an USB device like a computer or on the house electric system with the included power cord, both included in the BASIC version.  The DELUXE version also includes a timing unit.  The timing unit can be powered with 4 AA batteries (lasts 10 to 15 hours) or directly on sector.  Horn Blower's timing unit has 4 different time settings: 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 hrs; Typically, a trumpet only take one hour to dry in a closed case (depending of your local humidity level).
