RESERVE reeds are made with reed grown 100% naturally in D'Addario reedbeds. Thanks to our new digital cutting process which erases the subtle differences of the rod during manufacture, we offer unprecedented regularity from one reed to another. RESERVE reeds are cut with the smallest margin of error, providing the most consistent performance.

A reed that offers a dense and deep sound, a thicker blank providing dynamic flexibility and sound quality in all registers, a narrower angulation profile and a thinner tip for more articulation, as well as a thickness of traditional tip for articulation comfort.
