In the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, along the rivers and streams, you can see reeds. This is where Cogolin, a small Provencal village, world famous for its carpet factory, its pipes but especially for the Rigotti Establishments which since 1966 produce buffers, reeds and tools for wind instruments (clarinet, saxophone, flute, oboe, bassoon ...).


Directed until 2012 by Franco Rigotti, then by his son Daniel, craftsmen, "the factory of reeds" has forged a solid experience and a reputation to match its ambitions. The encounter with the most distinguished bassoons, hautboys, saxos and clarinettists testifies to this.

Establishments Rigotti in the sound of machines, strive to serve the best and provide the best quality. The know-how in the production of infinitely accurate pieces from the finest reeds in the world has long made it possible to export all over the world, especially to U.S.A, Japan, and Europe.


Unlike most reed makers, Ets Rigotti do not buy reeds, but grow and gather them themselves. It is to cope with a growing demand, that since 1998 investments are made in new premises (approximately 800 m²), better adapted to the volume of production.
