To comply with the wish of the late Director of the Conservatoire de Paris - this was his last "command" - the author wrote this small book with the exclusive concern of rhythmic difficulty. It contains, besides lessons frequent meter changes, lessons using uniform rhythms sometimes unfamiliar measures still students, sometimes unusual metric divisions within known measures.
